Elemental Rolfing Structural Integration offers several options depending on your goals.

Consultations are free and can either be included with a 20 minute introductory session for $60 or as part of a full session.

Due to the more cumulative, permanent effects, it is strongly encouraged for clients to commit to a Ten-Series, although isolated myofascial release sessions can be provided as a sort of “quick fix-it” work for those who cannot commit to a complete series.
